It’s interesting that in the scene where hc turns lqq into a daruma doll in the novel xl does actually fight lqq but the fight only lasts for a second because xl sneakily captures him with ruoye, and once he’s in ruoye THEN hc turns him into a doll, whereas in the manhua he just turns him into one directly before xl can fight him, kinda just putting that fight to a halt. I know it’s to save starember time so they don’t have to draw stuff unnecessary to the plot but hmmm idk how to feel about it

well.... This novel is new to me ... I found it on Netflix, as an indication... I never knew it, or this type of novel .... now I am hooked on it.... after watching the first season, I ended up buying the second book ...
