when he said "running through ink like im tattooing" he was comparing other trap songs to his, trap songs usually have no meaning and they repeat the same lines over and over, but eminem is saying his song has so many words/lines/information in it that he is using all the pen ink like he is tattooing (tattoo uses a lot of ink and also it penerates the skin meaning all of his lines have a deeper meaning that hits you hard)
