Kiah, Your skills have improved so much. A lot of kids would have given up when things got hard. The reason people love you channel is because guys like you with such self discipline are uncommon. This is hard work, but you never walk away from what you take on. The Bible says in Luke 9:62, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God." You don't look back. You have your sights set on becoming a professional landscaper and by the time you can drive I think you will make it. You are learning another important life lesson too, and that is service to others and your community. Carry all these lessons in to your adult life and you will be an outstanding man, just like your dad! Keep it up! Always forward!

Using the older type manual edger and shovel, you’ll get some good muscles! It all looks so good, big improvement for the neighborhood. Your old school hedge trimmer is what I like to use for my fall clean up, dead head the perennial plants, flowers , shrubs. Works good and it’s a good muscle workout. The bushes look nicely shaped.

That edging tool is an antique! I remember using that when I was a kid in the 60's :) My 5 sisters and I (no brothers) helped our dad manicure our lawn every Saturday!. None of us went into a landscaping profession but we all still have beautiful lawns and gardens now Scraping old weeds out of the cracks of sidewalks is hard work! I hope Kiah is paying you well Dad, lol.
