Could you do why or how Kida ages extremely slowly sense she was there a child when Atlantis sunk into the sea. Also does that mean Milo is going to live as long as Kida, sense he married and part of Atlantis/king consort? And why the crystal seems to make aging slow down? Is it due to Kida’s Dad? To make sure Atlantis goes as he wishes? To rule as long as he can before Kida is left with no answers due to her Dad’s secrets.

I think having those crystals around the Atlanteans necks ensures that their bodies are healed and are able to live longer than most. I think because Milo has the king's crystal that he will be able to have an extended life as well. Does that make sense?

Kida has always been my favorite disney princess/queen. Hands down an amazing character. Don't get me wrong I love all the characters in this movie but Kida is just amazing. This movie was one of my favorites as a child and I actually still own it on vhs because I couldn't ever get rid of it even after buying it on DVD and other formats. This film deserves a remake, as does Treasure Planet. Thank you for doing a video on her. She deserves so much better than she got and has been treated this far.

Probably got a net and hoisted it down and since they are Atlanteans it stayed calm , that or while it was still recently connected to his wife talked it down there. Remember how Kida was still in a human form when bonded, same probably happened with the Queen.

Also, keep in mind, The movie was set in about 1912, if I remember correctly the sequel would’ve been in 1914. So Atlantis would’ve resurfaced around the beginning of WWI. If we ever needed Kida to knock some sense into the rest of the world, it be then.

Wotso Videos She’s in my top four for a few reasons 😉 Kida stands out the most from all of the princesses we have so far. She became queen by birthright BEFORE Elsa. She’s voiced by Cree Summer 🤩 she’s also basically the savior of her kingdom, without her the Heart of Atlantis can’t protect her people. So yeah Kida is pretty awesome.

Kida is my cartoon crush as my teenage crush in my mid teens. Watching "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" on VHS Tape in 2002. Kida is pretty to me, and still she pretty today.

As much as I adore the movie, what still bothers me to this day is that Milo, a LINGUIST who can read and speak NUMEROUS languages, CANNOT pronounce Kidagakash! He asks for a nickname and says he can remember Kida, even though her full name is just 2 syllables longer!

I dont consider the sequel canon, i like to think that after the events of the first movie Milo and Kida focused on rebuilding and expanding Atlantis into the many caverns underground. Meanwhile the surviving crew go on to live in luxury, and get into a little trouble now and again. But they made it clear that Atlantis had to remain secret for both Atlantians and the people of the surface, because there are too many people like Rourke who would try to abuse the crystals power. A proper sequel would be if a third party expedition team happened to try and follow up on Whitmores discovery to confirm their findings (like what happens in real science) and ends up finding Atlantis as well. Thatd make for an interesting situation where Kida and Milo might be a bit cautious of trusting the new explorers, and have it be a twist that this team actually isnt corrupt like the last one, and all theyd expected to find was pottery like the first one. So then its a question of trust, do they imprison them in atlantis to keep its secret? Or let them go and risk revealing themselves. I think thats better than just having the old crew go through video game boss battle stages to get a magic staff x.x

Kida has been my role model since I first watched Atlantis. (I even had the necklace she had made for me)Atlantis is my favourite animated movie and I am saddened that it is so underrated 😔 Kida is such a powerful woman. It’s such a shame the majority doesn’t recognize that.
