I enjoy this compilation not just because it shows off kidcore/clowncore as something that even adults can wear, but it has black and male representation. I feel that as a community we ignore that people of other colors and gender can wear bright colored clothes and look like the kid or clown they want.

I've been on like aesthetic hunt for a hot minute, I love how I've gone from saying my static is Boho mixed with a little bit of vintage maybe just a tiny bit of cottage cord to now saying it's probably kids core, I definitely think it's the aesthetic for me, I mean I don't like everything about kids core but I do like most of it. As a kid from ages probably one or two up to about probably five I was obsessed with Care Bears I had to watch Care Bears everyday I had several stuffed animals I know I had a Care Bear clock at one point that hung on the wall and I believe for my 4th birthday party it was Care Bear themed, I'm kind of now rediscovering the old Care Bears the new one is okay the art style is cute but for me it's just not the same as the original. Kids core also just kind of brings me nostalgic and joy I mean the Care Bears part obviously is nostalgic for me but also toys in general I loved stuffed animals still do recently I've been really into bright colors and neon colors, but also because it reminds me of being at my grandparents house their house is very old with one of those oranges red carpets they have a playroom too that usually had all kinds of stuffed animals they had old movies that we would watch sometimes one in particular I remember watching was the original dragon tales, Ahh the memory's Also if you're curious my favorite Care Bears at the moment are bedtime bear Wish Bear funshine bear Superstar bear and work of heart bear

So I really like this dude named Jackson on my soccer team, tell me I didn't think he was that cute okay but I did think that he would make a great friend I thought Kayden was cute at the time. But we had a game yesterday and I was really cold because it was below freezing so I had left my jacket in the vehicle and he let me borrow his, and then once I got benched and I was able to go get his my jacket I came back and he said that I was still able to borrow his jacket if I wanted to and I was really confused because I can't borrow a jacket if I'm already wearing one but whatever.
