@@mochauchiha1915 exactly, That was just a backstory that Itachi had made up to manipulate Sasuke so that he can stay on the leaf side but failed because Madara (Obito) told him the truth and that Itachi was a liar and that he was never evil to begin with but just would do anything for peace and the better outcome even if it’s unfortunate but he was kind at heart and was very intelligent which probably also alter him in a way which why he did the things he did

now, something you should know: the eyes Madara had at the start- that red stands for Sharingan that every Uchiha clan person has, and the black around is cause he was brought back from the dead with Reanimation jutsu. the Rinnegan eyes can absorb jutsus, and is a natural progression following the Sharingan too (awakened in rare occasions though)
