Reverse the terminal affects of a jutsu no medical jutsu possible should be able to stop. 2.) Touch the truth seeking orbs. 3.) Dodge his limbo clones. On top of that produce a jutsu that genuinely terrified him. Terrified him even more than Night Guy. Madara felt like it was entirely possible for him to lose. The dance was over. He didn't want to play any more which is why he scrambled to get the 2nd Rinnegan and after obtaining it immediately hoped to a jutsu that would distract the heroes long enough to use the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

One hilarious detail about the fight against the army that really shows the level of disrespect Madara was putting out is that he kept things to the army's level at all times. When he first went in, he was fighting using hand to hand because they were fighting hand to hand. When they started using weapons he started using weapons. He didn't cast any ninjutsu techniques until Temari used her wind to blow him away. He didn't break out the unique Uchiha powers until Gaara and the Tsuchikage used their unique bloodline powers. Every fucking move was calculated for maximum "Oh, I see you want to play with These toys now, huh?" energy, and I fucking loved every second of it, lol

CJ DaChamp should've focused more on this part but the entire reason the Akatsuki existed was to collect the Tailed Beasts. The Akatsuki consisted of some of the most evil, batshit crazy characters in the series. One dude could control 100 hundred puppets, another dude was a walking shark, hell 2 of them were basically immortal. Just Itachi. Obito arguably has the most broken Jutsu in the whole damn series, which was only beaten by itself through Kakashi. They took HUNDREDS, and I mean Hundreds of episodes spanning across 2 whole series which lasted for years Just to collect 7 of the 9 Tailed beasts. And then there's Madara... who collected all of them at the same time... In one episode... by himself, and he still hadn't even broken a sweat yet.
