I feel like the theory about the Juan being kidnapped might make sense. The dad was chasing whoever took Juan got into the crash the woman that claimed to be a nurse went over to Juan's father and at the time maybe he was still alive and he told the nurse the description of the car that he was chasing after and that's why she left right after because she knew the parents probably won't make it anyway so she went after the kidnappers but then why didn't they come back after and the whole thing with the blind lady idk whole thing kind of weird.

I agree with Kidd... I also had the same thought because she was 83 and he was 86, and they both had declining cognitive function. When I heard that, my first thought was they might have dementia and seing that Raymond already had had brain surgery they both were very independent and they didn't want to lose they memories and forget one another and be eventually placed in a nursing home and well well all heard the horrors that can happen and they just wanted to go out on thier terms with their memories of each other still intact

I think this is an insane stretch, with absolutely NO evidence to back it up. Pure conspiracy. Which is fine to ponder, but to be that sure about something that has no evidence is wild. The evidence we do have is they BOTH were having varying levels of cognitive decline, and when they cop pulled her over not only did she not have her lights on, but even told the cop the were lost. Like none of that points to a pact to end their lives. But it does point to them being confused, and not fully aware of their surroundings. I just find it odd how people will go to the most conspiracy riddled possibility, rather than following the actual evidence. Other than "they PROBABLY" didn't want to live without one another ,surely one of us is going to die soon, so lets go on a random road trip and take our lives. Like that makes sense at all. lol Plus, you also have to look deeper into stories you hear on the Mr Ballen videos. He is a great, engaging story teller, but there have been cases I closely followed that he has talked about, and not only does he leave out certain details to a story, he will add made up details as well. And will describe how a person was feeling in moments that he would have no idea, because not only were they alone but also now dead. It's all to make the story more exciting, so I get it. But I would recommend if any of these cases interest you to look them up beyond his videos.

I think for the last story, it's pretty possible the boy was taken somewhere in those 12 stops, and the family was chasing after other people who were connected with the people who arrived shortly after. Either way i think its too coincidental that the van showed up right after. I think they could have been the brains or assosiates of more dangerous criminals. I feel like this explains how the parents drove so erratically that they crashed, Also its make sense if they had a gun or weapons that anyone could pull over a bigger truck. And the woman who took something from the truck could have either been planting the drugs to confuse the police or taking some valuables, idk the specifics but it seems like itd be obvious if she pulled a child out. And also seems a bit unlikely they were working alone. But too suspicious they werent involved somehow with suspicious behaviour. One aspect, though, is that ballen didn't say if the driver had seen anyone else pass them or if there were any other possible roads leading off even if they weren't paved. Basically either the parents were chasing something or running from something, and it seems like they were chasing otherwise they wouldnt have almost killed the driver they hit on the road, theyd probably have signaled for help or just stayed near him, not almost kill him. And they did communicate slightly with him but just beeped as if to say get out of the way

@28:18 THIS! This right here is why I don't eat any homemade food from other people except my mom or sisters and I rarely eat from restaurants or fast food places. I'm certainly not eating anything from a neighbor no matter how friendly we are with each other. People are nasty and weird, and you have no clue what they are feeding you or how nasty they are when they are cooking stuff. Like licking the spoon and then putting it back into the pot to stir without washing it off first. People are gross man and that's why I learned to cook to make my own meals.

Another recommended channel that's really good and i think y'all might enjoy is Rotten Mango (Stephanie Soo), she's a great storyteller on true crime and she gets you immersed in her stories. She covers crimes that happens in America, Japan, Korea, China etc worldwide stories that we've never heard of. Apart of me does think it may be suicide. They’re older in their 80s , so they’re gunna die soon . The condition will only get worse , plus the fact they’ve prob been together for decades, so at that point neither of them would prob wanna be without the other. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was suicide
