@ThePandoraGuy your whole comment, it didn't make sense. How can there be a stupid way to die? If god or the universe or whatever you believe in gave you life, then there must be an ending. I don't agree with your second part either, preventable? How so? It took years of choices and decisions for all of humans and things to happen in a chain of events, she was simply meant to die like that. There isn't a stupid way to die, we just die as our time comes. Do you not understand that simple concept?

From what i heard wilkes booth was a bitter southern sympathizer of the Confederates and didnt like and resented president lincoln for trying to bring the country together as the " leader" for the union military.

As a former tyrefitter, I think there is more to that first story, or Mr Ballen has the facts wrong. A tyre will not generally just come off. When they do on big trucks and vehicles, they usually blow apart and do not stay in tact and roll down the road. However, if the whole wheels had come off, they would stay in tact, and roll, and would weigh about what Mr Ballen said. So, I think the tyres did not come off, the whole wheels came off and rolled into the rest area. I have heard many stories of this happening with trucks and luckily no one getting hurt.
