That was some Charlie Manson stuff. None of those women were innocent. If you killed one under duress and then ran away, that's understandable. But she was there hanging out and enjoying the thrill. She probably thought if she told she would get off. That sentence was deserved.

The husband didn't report her missing cos there wasn't any need to report her missing, she left him and probably told him never to look for her again. Not everything has to do with culture, just try stepping into a person's shoe and think what would make them do certain things, you may very well find yourself doing the same thing too.
