Apparently my mother lived down the road from Dahmer when she was a child. According to her there were times when trick or treating or other times when you could actually see him or meet him and talk to him normally. What I find slightly disturbing is the fact that had he felt like going after her as a target I would not be born. My existence could possibly be because he decided not to go for a little girl

It’s a crazy world and thing to think about, but Dahmer only killed men and boys, so you were fine

Jeffery dahmer did actually have such a neighbor who called the police several times to let them know to look into Dahmer because strange things were going on in his apartment but they brushed her off. One of his victims who managed to escape was actually brought back to the Dahmer apartment by two cops

Jeffrey Dahmer was from Wisconsin, they have a lot of white people there even in the poor areas. I live in California and we have a mixture of different races in rich and poor areas. I think it's mostly Southern States that have areas where it's only like One race of people. So it might have been easy for him to blend in.

Meh Pretty much the same in most southern cities too

I recommend watching “JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass” It’s on showtime, but you might be able to find it elsewhere. It’s an amazing documentary that revisits facts and timelines leading to and after JFK’s death. Highly recommend watching it.
