Hi Atif, I dont think you have any kind of limitation because of one kidney as far as you kidney function is intact. You just need to be in touch with a nephrologist, have you baseline kidney function checked, and discuss with that nephrologist before startin any medicine or any medical procedure. Rest is healthy lifestyle which I am sure you already have.

no sir, I'm not discussed did with doctor about kidney problems. yes i did talk doctor 6 .7 years ago, that time I feel little bit back pain, doctor said it was muscular pain, I Did MRI abdomen, so that time he mentione your one kidney is small. small kidney works?

There can be many reasons, and one can be poorly manage CKD. Second, he may not be doing as much exercise as he should do. So, check with your nephrologist and make sure he does regular exercise.
