Big thanks to the author of the channel for the content! In the course of my struggle with excess weight, I came across a practical manual “400 Boxing Combinations” that changed the way I thought about training. This book not only provided me with a variety of effective combinations, but also inspired me to train regularly. I began to learn new techniques that helped me not only burn calories but also develop endurance, coordination and strength. Each workout was a real challenge and brought satisfaction and, most importantly, visible results that encouraged me to keep going. Over time, I noticed that practicing boxing combinations not only helped me lose weight, but also improved my overall health. I began to feel more energized and confident in my abilities. Thanks to activity combined with proper nutrition, I achieved my goal and was able to maintain my results. The practical manual “400 Boxing Combinations” has become a real companion for me on the road to health and fitness, opening new horizons in the world of physical activity.

Using your breath is a fundamental aspect that allows you to excel in any task. Watch an athlete perform in any sport and listen to their breaths. You punch harder with your breath. Even detailed animated series/movies understand this principle. Such as Avatar: The Last Airbender. Uncle Iroh, in the beginning of Book 1, tells Zuko: "Power in firebending comes from the breath. Not the muscles." Not only that, it keeps you consistent and at a good pace. I may have given an unwarranted over-explanation, but I see nothing wrong with it lol Hopefully you got something from this!

What makes him so good is that he barely has to think about the movements, they just come naturally because he learned from such a young age it's automatic and subconscious. He also seems to enjoy the sport too which gives him yet another advantage allowing him to consciously learn more skills without growing bored or fatigued, which in time will also be done automatically. This is why if kids do a sport they truly love from a young age they are far more likely to excel if they have the will. Adults can consciously learn new things but struggle to begin doing them subconsciously, often leading to less fluid technique, more mistakes, more frustration and a loss of interest in what they're doing. This is the reason its hard to excel at sports at an older age.
@xxxhero72752 жыл бұрын
1 year late but I’m just going to leave this comment to try and help other people. I found that the best way to do things instinctively is to try and zone out until everything around you is kinda blurred and you can’t focus on anything, no clue why just want to see if this can be helpful to anyone....
@how_r_you_55 Жыл бұрын
Hard, but not impossible. Very few people understand how the mind is the limiting factor in any physical endeavour, especially for men. The reason why kids learn faster is simply because their subconscious minds are pretty much empty and the conscious mind doesn't need to worry about things like work, taxes, relationships, corruption, evil and existential crises in general. They are free to focus on the task at hand.
