@@aakarshakpradhan7983 lol...control, the point of something like this is to hit it. If you knew anything about striking, you'd know you strike through the target, you don't stop at the target. The whole point of bags and pads is to strike them hard, otherwise you could use a piece of paper if you're going for control.

I made one of those a few years ago very similar but used 3 layers of tire it's very stiff but I wanted to be able to hit very hard. I didn't ' stain the wood on mine. I might have to do it now. Good video.

Anger corner is great. I had to go to the anger punch bag today when my so called partner slapped me in the face during an arguement. Thank God I found other ways to deal with my rage because i really wanted to hit back but i knew that it would only get worse because I would have let myself down and live with the consequences for a time. Seeing this idea helps me create new ideas instead of doing push ups and punching bag when things go sour

Watch out for shoulder impingement on the overhand and cross. Keep it tight and short.. move in with your feet not your shoulders. Great tutorial nonetheless I might actually try this
