Thanks for the comments. The Digitech units require some education and practice, but you can see they have a lot to offer. Good luck!

Very helpful videos. Picked up a used RP70 last night for $30 at Guitar Center. I couldn't get the hang of it, even with the manual. You are very good at explaining the steps. I feel much more positive about my purchase now. THANK YOU!!!

I just got one. How do you turn the BP90 on and off while it's plugged into an electric socket?
@RainLorie12 жыл бұрын
Have had this pedal for over a year now and generally just used the presets. Been getting more into actually modifying my sound and got a CryBaby wahwah pedal and a DigitalA reverb and delay pedal, but dusted this old guy off and started using it again. Very grateful you made a tutorial as this bad boy is very confusing, which is funny considering it's supposed to be for beginners. Not too easy to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a good pedal. Again, great tutorial, subscribed

The 4th video will show how to use the wah. No loop here. You'd have to get the RP255 or RP355. Only has 20 seconds

The closest to a talk box effect would be the YaYa effect and if you wanted to make it sound good, you would need to add a volume pedal into the contol in jack on the back of the unit. Good luck!

What does "PD" on the display means? It appeared on my RP90's display and it does not work anymore even if I already made some troubleshooting. Any idea how to fix that?
@waylonlozano43102 жыл бұрын
same problem. did you fix it?
@RogerTeachesMusic11 жыл бұрын
Have not heard of this problem. My suggestion would be to contact digitech or the store you bought it from. If they can't help, you might want to try the factory resest feature. There is a factory reset feature that might work. Read your manual for directions. Please be aware that this will erase all your presets. Good luck!

Make sure it's plugged into the correct input, push the pedal down for volume and it should work

This thing is the MOST confusing piece of gear I have ever tried to use! It is not a good unit for anyone in my view. I have tried since purchase 4 years ago to understand and use it. I cannot reset it, there is no complete list of all the codes, the foot switches cannot go down only up, tuner doesn't work, etc. It is completely useless and a waste of money. Selling these units is consumer fraud! I'm afraid even to give it away to a friend.
