All purpose flour 200 g (1 + 1/2 cup)
65 g (1/2 cup) cake flour
Cocoa powder 10 g (2 tablespoons)
50 g (4 tablespoons) of granulated sugar
1 egg (55g.)
Glucose syrup 15 grams (2.5 teaspoons)
70 ml of water (don't just pour it all, try to put only 60 ml. first)
60 g (5 tbsp) vegetable oil
