Kiel is a port city on the German Baltic Sea coast. Classical concerts take place in the rebuilt, medieval Nikolaikirche in the old town. There are numerous shops on Holstenstrasse and Dänische Strasse. The shipping museum on the Kiel Fjord houses model ships and maritime paintings in a fish auction hall. Historic sailing ships are moored in Germaniahafen and cruise ships dock at the Ostseekai. - Google
