I don’t like to use the word Christian because I don’t feel like I am I don’t feel worthy I hardly use the word believer but I prefer that one because I do believe that Jesus is Lord I do believe that he’s gone I do believe that he died and rose again for the sins of man but the Bible says even the demons believe that in Tremble, I hesitate to call him Lord beause I don’t always do what he tells me too. I struggle when I say I struggle y’all ,y’all just don’t know . I know what the word says that no temptation had besiege you that is not common to man, which means we all go through it we all face the same thing. when I listen to Kieran and I’ve heard his songs before and I follow him. l pray and hope that God continue to bless him and you continue to put out his work because he really is reaching a lot of people and we as Christians to need good Christian artists like this to listen too. It helps keep our minds focused on God to keep our walk strong. in my life I feel like I’ve done nothing absolutely nothing for the kingdom so I really don’t expect to go. When the rapture comes the Bible says pray that you are found worthy or faithful to escape all these things that are coming on the earth. so a lot of people who call themselves Christians are not gonna make the rapture. As I understand it, it’s for the faithful the ones who been walking consistent And faithfully with him each day. I’m not gonna let you go through this because you’ve been faithful to me. I believe that’s why a lot of people who believe in and claim to be Christians are gonna be left behind but when I listen to the song I didn’t get offended I got convicted. because I’m struggling with some much stuff right now and it just convicted so I had to go and get right and pray.So I appreciate your doing this review kierans music and him for making his music .For me I’ve always struggled with adult stuff but when I lost my wife three years ago to cancer it just broke me .at that point I understood why things happen I understood that we all belong to God I understand that he create everything but when I tell you that my wife was a blessing and was made for me I’m not I’m not just saying that I was coming out of a bad divorce we met in college and she didn’t have to except me with all my baggage but this young woman had qualities and was designed and built in such away she had things about her that I have never ever told anyone that I wanted in a woman it was just something I kept to myself in my heart because at the time I never thought it possible ever. she had them, so I knew I knew God‘s hand was on it and we were together for 17 years two kids and out of the blue I mean literally out of the blue cancer came and just like that she was gone. When we were in college my homie and I was part of Baptist collegiate ministries we have Bible studies we reached out to people and she told our pastor that I was the one who told her about Jesus and lead her to Jesus .I didn’t even know or realize I did that.So when I told you it broke me it devastated me. I Know God says that he always heals the broken heart. so the wife of my youth she was brought back into my life and God blessed us with two children and even though I’m very grateful there seems to be a hole in my heart that nothing is filling. I said all that to say this, I just gave up. I just walked away in my heart I mean I still believe And that will never change. I’ll never deny him that’s just a given. you know it’s like what one of his apostles said and I believe it was Peter. who said Lord, where shall we go you have the words of life. there is no one else there’s just there’s just no one else no there’s no option. but even if there is I wouldn’t want it, he is thee ONLY way. So the review that you just did it really really touched me. when you mentioned lukewarm Christians , I struggle with that my whole life so I’m afraid of talking about him not because I’m really ashamed of him per se. if ANYONE ask me if I’m a Christian I SAY YES and I defend that. I’m so afraid of bringing dirt to his name you know because of my shortcomings and failures. But at the end of the day he is my Lord I may be an unworthy stiff neck hardheaded servant but I love Jesus with everything I have and I just hope that when my time of testing comes and I’m standing before a sword or a gun or a Hangmans noose and they give me the choice to deny him or die that I have the strength and the honor of claiming him and proclaim that he’s away the truth and the life and NO ONE will see God unless they come through Jesus.
