Putin has repeatedly said that those who've served in the Russian army and have distinguished themselves during the SMO should be working in the Russian government/given appropriate roles in the Russian leadership positions, given their experience and honours that they've earned as soldiers/military men. Putin has also admitted during his latest trip to Tuva that some of his family members actually do speak Chinese.
