The singer of the song here and the girl in red is a young Miki Itō, whose most famous roles include Android 18 from the various Dragon Ball anime and games and the titular heroine of the Project A-Ko animated movies. She had been at her career as a singer and voice actress for only 2 years at the time of this commercial!
