All your dishes looked marvellous, but the rice looked very hard. I used basmati rice but for sure yours will choke me. The only thing is every Country has their own Christmas dishes. I love fried rice and chow main, but I only like Chinese fried rice and chow main, although some people would say noddles derive from Italy, but that isn’t true. It is the China that brought in the noodles
