Glad you got your Ulta birthday gift. I had placed an order to get mine, but it was shipped separately from my regular order, then both showed delivered on the website. I only had one package and no birthday gift. So when I let Ulta know, they said they’d look into it. After a while I emailed them for an update, no response. So I guess they ghosted me over a birthday item lol …not a biggie, but just beware.

I have that Charlotte Tilbury quad palette and found that same shade to be beautiful but the other shades were just so patchy for me 😢 i was blending out the dark grey FOREVER. Maybe mine was a dud.

One time I went to get the birthday gift and it was supposed to be a mascara and instead the associate gave me a skincare item that I couldn't even use because I was pregnant (visibly and utterly obviously pregnant. ) Another time, I added the birthday gift to my online order and when I clicked place order, the app just bumped me back to the home page and my order never went through BUT, it somehow registered that I already got my birthday gift! They don't want us to have the birthday gifts!

Omg that Ulta employee was wildin with the birthday gift. At my Ulta we just see that it’s your birthday month in our system and give it to you. No email or anything. It literally says your birthday on the account page in our system with your phone number so how could someone steal bday gifts… so weird.
