This might be symbolism for purgatory.Because she is in an endless maze(like an endless cycle) till she gets to go to the heaven(or maybe hell depending on how you see it).the part where the people were crossing her dead corpse might have been where she has fallen to her death, considering the fact that you see a black and white clip of her falling earlier on(appearing to be frightened).Probably from a roof because we see that she has no shoes on and in Japan, they take their shoes off before the suicide.(or the people passing her might of threw her off the roof yandere style).She feels frustrated because she is in purgatory and is constantly reminded that she is, in fact, dead(the red-eyed her is probably that reminder) and has to deal with the tedious trial of trying to get to heaven.The arrows might be symbolizing that she is running around in circles in frustration of being in such an empty world.

I think the suicide aspect is correct. The girl may have suicided to find a final relief from life, but after she has died, she is reliving her death over and over again in purgatory, essentially never dying for real. She is so frustrated with the inability for death and the inability for life within the maze. She has no choice but to tirelessly redo the maze, hoping for a different, final result. (Note: Those who have suicided were once regarded as people who were going to go to purgatory or hell for “giving up” on life. Or for destroying their vessel which God gave them, and is therefore treated as the disrespect of something sacred. This could be why the girl is in purgatory, as we have no other clues to the reason she is being tortured in the afterlife.)

This is my understanding: The song is hinting the girl is dead, the "maze" is like her journey to the afterlife, but she gets lost and forever roams around the maze searching for the "goal" AKA the afterlife. Perhaps the reason as to why Hanatan's voice sounded like a child at the beginning then sounding like an adult near the end of the song is showing that she's been stuck in the maze for a very long time.

I think this might some sort of lighter version of Hikari Yo. But then again it's probably because of the same PV artist. I have no idea what the song is about or called, but I suspect that it tells the story of a girl who's confused about her life. She doesn't understand her goals and what she wants. And so she justーroams around, completely unguided.

I think it more or less deals with the concept of Limbo aka the waiting room of the afterlife. It's likely that the girl recently died (the blood seen during the later parts of the video.) And is trying to find a way OUT of Limbo, but couldn't find it. Henceforth she is stuck climbing, walking, falling, and hitting dead ends. Even if she stopped walking she would still be stuck and suffering in Limbo.

There us also the mention of the 3000 entrances and 49 doors that must relate to a specific religious view of afterlife, but I'm not good enough in theology to know more about that.

Jellyfish signifies painful memories and we see a jellyfish in around 3:29 . She also, does not have shoes, and from what I've heard, in Japan, when you're about to commit suicide, you take off your shoes. And this is purgatory.

I think this song is about depression. She’s trying to go to the horizon, but ends up getting stuck in an infinite gray maze (which is what life feels like for me when my depression is bad). In the video, the character looks exhausted as well. She says that she is ascending then descending, again and again, which I think represents trudging through the days. The lyric “it’s miserable but there’s a goal somewhere” also makes me think that it’s about depression. She even tries to search for a maze (continue on with her day) when she’s “losing her way” aka considering suicide.

I AGREE, i always see this song about any mental disorders (Depression/anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, etc.) or chronic illness not being able to find recovery/cure and nothing is working for them. Being stuck in a maze could be a metaphor for suffering of severe mental illness and no therapy or medicine working and they are lost. They are trying to escape the maze could mean they are looking for ways to get help but nothing is working and cannot find the exit to their disorder or illness they have. As soon of any sort of hope they relapse or self-sabotage and start from the beginning

So I believe the song is about a girl or someone. Going on with their day to day life. Living a repeated cycle obviously making them Depressed. They depict their emotions in a spiral constantly "Ascending and descending". Eventually she puts her life into words as an easier way to comprehend, A maze. Constantly suffering. Wondering what it felt like when she was still alive, in ways what she depicts as happy or feeling free. In hopes she runs around believing that their must be a way to escape. Eventually she finds the floor collapsing beneath her and she is right back where she started. After a while she grows sick of searching for a way out fo the maze. She starts saying things like "I would rather walk around in a hollow world then be in a world where I can't move". She starts feeling like their suddenly is no escape. They then claim that their sick of the pain of only tumbling down and not finding a way out. Their visibly distrust, the begin choking themselves and depicting themselves dead while shadows of people walk past her, claiming other people are going through the same thing but cannot take any actions. The last thing you see is a chair. Except no one is there. Claiming the escaped in the only way they knew.
