@FalkFlak
@FalkFlak 3 жыл бұрын
I thought there was something eerie about the voice so I tried to find a face to the audio on the channel. But there's no chance its fully synthetic, you can hear the breathing and the badly muffled micro. Maybe its a record of segments thats composed by a computer.
@jazzcatt
@jazzcatt 3 жыл бұрын
@@joshuagilchrist4116 Nope. I have high quality external speakers for my computer because I am a musician. What you are hearing is overlapped sounds of the vents spewing lava. I carefully listened several times for a human breath, and there was none.
@ericgulseth74
@ericgulseth74 3 жыл бұрын
@@jazzcatt Definitely some spots where there was a breath being drawn in, but if it's true that this is a synthetic voice, then I'm sure that would be the easy part to incorporate. I'd think the hard part would be the way words and phrases flow together depending on the syntax of the words. That's usually the parts that tips that part of your brain off that something isn't right. Of course I'm not a linguist by any means.

Its about 200 feet tall, the lake is now around 1800x2300 feet in size, the floating island is 880x440 feet still. 2018's lava lake was just over half the size the floating island is now. (they're unrelated). Total flow into the lake has consistently been slowly increasing.
