Unfortunately most of the police in these types of audit videos couldn't solve a jigsaw puzzle let alone a crime. They have no people skills and have no ability to gauge the person they are interacting with. I watched one recently on Subject Access's channel where he interacted with armed police in london, around Whitehall I think. The police were courteous respectful and went about their interaction in the right way. It was apparent that they were able to assess the situation and gauge Subject Access and his motives within a couple of minutes talking to him. This is the level of policing that we should have all around the country, then the police may get some respect.

The purpose of the unlawful search using section 43 of the terrorism act would be to search for your ID only, because they know that no terrorist with half a brain would be blatantly standing outside of a police station recording it overtly. Also I think you should stop telling them what section they are using to search you under and just ask them what section because it would be interesting to see how many still try to abuse section 44 which as you know was repealed. I think she needs to read section 43 properly. Reasonable Grounds for Suspicion 3.4.1. Reasonable grounds for suspicion depend on the circumstances in each case. There must be an objective basis for the suspicion (that the person is a terrorist or that the vehicle is being used for the purposes of terrorism) based on relevant facts, information, and/ or intelligence. Reasonable suspicion must rely on intelligence or information about, or behaviour by, the person or vehicle concerned. Unless the police have a description of a suspect, a person’s physical appearance (including any of the “protected characteristics” set out in the Equality Act 2010), cannot be used alone or in combination with each other or with any other factor, as the reason for searching that person. Reasonable suspicion cannot be based on generalisations or stereotypical images of certain groups or categories of people as more likely to be involved in terrorist activity. 3.4.2. Reasonable suspicion may exist without specific information or intelligence but on the basis of the behaviour of a person. For example, reasonable suspicion that a person is a terrorist may arise from the person’s behaviour at or near a location which has been identified as a potential target for terrorists. 3.4.3. However, reasonable suspicion should normally be linked to credible and current intelligence or information, such as information describing an article being carried, a suspected terrorist, or intelligence about a particular or general threat insofar as it relates to a specific target or type of potential target. Searches based on credible and current intelligence or information are more likely to be effective. 3.4.4. Searches are more likely to be effective, legitimate, and secure public confidence when reasonable suspicion is based on a range of factors. The overall use of these powers is more likely to be effective when up to date and accurate intelligence or information is communicated to officers and they are well-informed about the nature of the terrorist threat, potential targets and ways in which terrorists are known to operate.

When they tell you “ it raises suspicion “ tell them that’s fine you can come ask me but you can’t demand answers like i have to satisfy you! It doesn’t work that way.

@koleeberks I really like the way, how you interact with the police. You are only rude, when they start to be rude or condescending.

The way baldy assumes you haven't got a job or at college. When he is risking his life for low pay as a police officer. So who is the idiot????? Just shows how much his life is worth.

"Has the bulletin gone round the Met about public photographers?" Droid cop: Public photographers........does not compute....... "About what sorry?" "You don't get paid to judge members of the public doing lawful activities..." Cracking comeback! They just don't understand. And their code of conduct requires them to be polite???? "People feel like there's an indifference between the public and the police." "Why is that?" Errr, I dunno, maybe it's because not only do you stop and question people for carrying out a lawful activity, but you then proceed to search them under the terrorism act?? Maybe that's got a little to do with it? "You have reasonable EXCUSES". WTH??? Now you need a reasonable EXCUSE to carry out a perfectly lawful activity?

He shouldn’t be working in the police force, comes across very threatening. These lot need nation wide training on how to speak to members of the public. This one walks around as if he’s macho and owns the streets!
