Agreed. But he’s a shrewd businessman. I strongly suspect he knows anything Guneet touches turns to gold. So financing a low budget movie with relatively unknown actors wouldn’t have cost him a pretty penny. I still wholeheartedly agree with you in that it is important for main stream producers to back these slightly off-beat genre movies.

Finished watching Kill Yesterday. Visceral action yet a thrilling ride. loved how Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt humanises the dacoits and subtly highlighted the class divide. The friction between Ashish Vidyarthi's Beni and Raghav Juyal's Fani in spite of both of them being armed robbers was for me personally a big plus for the movie. I laughed out loud at the Mohabbatein reference. Raghav Juyal was outstanding as the antagonist bringing out both the menace and his own vulnerabilities. Lakshya made for a perfect action hero conveying the turmoil of Amrit wonderfully.

@@sunandobanerjee7665....The director should have either portrayed them as a middle class family who cannot afford a flight ticket for the whole family or as a rich family living in a place that has no airport. Simple details that matter so much for the story have been ignored by the director.

Indian Action movies for instance Almost 95%movie stars in the industry has no knowledge of any Mixed martial arts in real life but try to fight like dragon ball z characters hence a shitty action scene would be the end result.. I dont blame the actors they are just doing what the director is demanding from them

😂 do you think you know about mixed martial arts but actors who are in the industry don’t know 🤦‍♂️. Chill bro even actresses who get one or two action scenes rarely get themselves trained but having said that just undergoing training for few months to an year for the movie doesn’t quite translate to screen like professionals do and it even applies to kill and johnwick if you watch closely the protagonists moves are very slow

Animal was a downmarket film. Chapris ke liye. The violence there was totally unnecessary and it was very downgrading for women. These issues are not even remotely present in this movie. In 0:38 second of the video she clearly mentioned that she is not a huge fan of violence, not only here but in movie reviews of Khuda hafiz 2 and Cutputtli also she mentioned that she prefares violence when its giving contribution to the plot unlike used for shock value. At the end of the day people have different views and these reviewers are also people remember that.

@@Lighthop109 Animal actions or violence were also contributing to the plot if you watch the movie instead of targeting it for unnecessary reasons. Everyone has different opinion so you can't say one movie is influencing the society negatively. A movie is a directors vision so you either like it or not but cannot blame that they are trying to promote misogyny and all that. Movie is just for entertainment. She definitely has some biased reviews.
