The thing is, while the dreadnought has a more potent attack, a boomer still has more than enough firepower to be an equal threat compared to each other. What makes the boomer overpowered, is the fact they can be deployed very fast. Defending against a boomer usually involves spending more credits than the yuri player, delaying teching up and building offense units.

Boomer have better rush hit and run but Dreadnought have very more brutal.

Boomer's missiles however are slower to launch compared to Dreadnoughts leaving the missiles to have a higher chance to be shot before they are launched. BUT there is an awesome tactic, Boomer's can actually move before the missiles are completely launched while the Dreadnought cannot and this can be greatly used for hit and run tactics.

@@m-w-y7325 Boomer more flexible units it VERY AGILITY and STEALTH when play in water map this meaning all, becouse you can use tactic "cloak and dagger", I win in 8 human opponents by using them. After destroying construction yard and warfactory opponents surrender, despite they build many forces that can crush my base.

Not so long one Red Aler 2 youtuber did testing of chaos drone.. It's seems it increase slighly attack speed.. So why not try include it in such competitions.. Also I so making x unit agry series. So I though why not make fully upgraded + elite Battle fortress and you put in x5 fully upgraded + elite tesla troops. Then infect him with chaos drone and lets see what kind madness it will unleash :)

Boomers are jack of all trades while Dreadnoughts are specialized so the Dreads should have won this engagement. However, Boomer versus Dread. Boomer wins 100% because it's a sub.

Boomers always had two rockets, it's only CnCNet launcher that changes that behavior to only one rocket for faction balance.
