I think Kill Team being "the place that old models go to be resurrected" has been a thing since at least the dawn of the last edition of Kill Team when Octarius came out with new plastic Kommandos and Death Korp. minis.

You become a Krusha after a Demolisher. Once the demolisher swings and connects with his rokkit on a stick, it blows off his hands and blasts his face. That explains why the Krusha has a full visor (he knows better now, lol). Love these models. All of them.

Between bomb disposal hobbit, the tripwires and the Battle-Mutt, I was basically sold. This whole team is very much imaged on Spec Forces Operators as they are visualised in typical movie fiction, and I'm all over it.

The Big Shot Ratling rifle is a mini Lascannon, I like that pose of him being behind the rubble. The Battlemutt is already my favourite miniature from the KT kit.

To be honest I kind of love the idea off kill team as a place what are squad kit goes to get reborn. It's a perfect excuse for them to go all out bringing a squad right up to date. Every individual model gets to be its own character, they're given full excuse to be as extravagant as they need to be. Often times it's called that have a particularly niche role that get left out of the main refreshes, which is also perfect for the role as a kill team

That tankbusta unit, is utterly and completely amazing! Heavy infantry/sapper unit, with both firepower and close combat power! I really hope that we can make a unit full shooting or full close combat, but even if that isn't the case, the quality of the models, means I need at least two maybe even three units of them!

I believe there were 3 of the "Tankbusta rokiteer"s at the same time in one of the shots and there was one "Breaka boy fighter" with a different pose in the back of one of the shots. It seems to be that they will be 2 datasheets in 40k ("Breaka boyz" and "Tankbusta boyz") and the 5 models (excluding the boss nob) will all have ranged or melee option.

@@daltonhall5888 I don't think there is more than one rokkit hammer (sadly) but there are multiple "demolition hammer" poses. From what I could gather, the options are: 1 rokkit hammer 1 double wrecking fist thingy 1 heavy rokkit launcha 3+ rokkit launchas 1 rokkits on an orks back (combined with a rokkit launcha, possibly a alternative loadout to a heavy rokkit launcha for a gunner operative) 3+ demolition hammers 1 boss nob loadout (rokkit pistol and small demolition hammer, possible that a big demolition hammer is an alternative loadout)

Like the fact that the tankbusta gunner's weapon rig looks like a lighter-weight loota shoulder weapon sans the roll bar cage contraption they usually have. I am however disappointed to not see a tank-sized can-opener on any of these lads like on the original tankbustas.

I like both of these kill teams a lot! However; the Orks with the way their armor is, minus the Boss, really remind me a lot of Blood Bowl models. Still really cool though. A full team of Ratlings greatly surprised me but heck yea! More Abhuman support is awesome. Although I do find the contrast between one side being big beefy orks and the other basically halflings is amazing. Also, hope you feel better! Migraines suck.

What I want out of Kill Team is a full kill team of Fallen, in the style of the current Cypher mini they released back in 2016. Give them a bunch of archaeotech and dark age weapons, and let the new Inner Circle Companions and Deathwing Knights have something to hunt.

Little weird putting Orks and Ratlings in a box together, but I do like them both, and I wan both Killteams. They would probably serve in their regular 40K armeies though, the Orks in my Waaagh! and the Ratlings will serve in the 1st Abhuman Regiment in my Imperial Guad (Astra Militarum) army.

My initial reaction to these two teams was pretty luke warm. Getting a closer look at the figures, the look like they'd be a lot of fun to paint up, though.
