I am curious, since your channel’s name starts with LiftingWeights, would you consider making videos of the workout routines you do to keep a healthy weight when performing these food challenges? At this point, I my recommendations are flooded with people beating food challenges but none on the other side of the equation, specifically for those that do do the food challenges
