The GGs were better than the Satin Dolls, and it wasn’t even close!! They displayed far more musicality and were more polished, precise, and synchronized in their dancing. Also, they exuded more CONFIDENCE, energy, and presence. They looked like a cohesive TEAM-and were just better in every aspect. Kudos to Captain! 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️🇺🇸

Agreed! This wasn’t even a close contest with the GG and Satin Dolls. I hope the SD continue to work on themselves with musicality and performance. We’ve definitely seen some dance programs in the SWAC get turned around for the better, so I’m hoping a fire gets lit under them now as honestly, this seems like a SWAC Renaissance for both the music and dance programs. All eyes are definitely watching now.

Honestly a nice battle. Both programs got a solid sound. I like Alcorn's more consistent execution and tighter arrangements, but Valley's come a long way. Looking forward to hearing more from both

Alcorn with the Dub.... they were the more polished band. I'm impressed because wan't expecting that from them. Valley, whew!!! even though I didn't give ya'll the W., I think you all higher ceiling than Alcorn. Clean up some stuff and I can see ya'll handing out L's to the big dogs in the stands at least.

Valley's song at 1230 needs to really cook. Playing accurate pitches, listening and matching volumes, using the dynamic contrast and using tone. Work on that and that arrangement is easily a non-returnable. Yall are much improved soundwise but the wrong notes and lack of cohesion sometimes hurts yall.
