Hey brother. Curious. Why you opted with the desert sand to start with the browns instead of starting with a leather brown, etc.? Seemed like your approach on this one and the multiple subsequent coats of darker washes might have been a little extra work. Was this approach something you've done before or always do for certain mini details?

Yeah this video session was more about working back and forth to get your effect and not necessarily about being efficient from step to step. At the time I was going for a creme leather and abandoned it for a chocolate leather instead. That's the freestyle approach its more experimental and not as pre determined process of steps. :) thx for watching

haha, I know. transitions are something I add at the end of my editing process and after I rendered this one I saw that it was missing and just felt like even another minute editing this would take the last of my soul.. so I let it ride.
