Answering your question about the Mangekyo abilities: Every user has different abilities with the M.S., the only way they could have the same abilities would be if a user passed down his ms powers to another, like Itachi did with Sasuke (you saw him use Amaterasu against Tobi and probably already saw him use it against Killer Bee)
