Kishimoto is really hit and miss. He is capable of good writing yet lets the OG class rot with no development. Only shikamaru gets good screen time. Sakura being the biggest failure since she's supposedly a main character but is written like a no name NPC. If he wasn't going to put effort into her then write her off so she gets less screen time instead of being a reminder of how bad his writing can get sometimes.
