I've been using these techniques ever since watching this video for the first time. I've found that I can catch a lot of Americanas from the variation of the cradle where you're behind his back. And it's a great position where you can just pause for a few seconds for whatever reason, nearly impossible for your opponent to get out. (65kg blue belt) Thanks a lot for this video

I’ve been using cradles to pass a lot recently. Especially when I end up in half guard, it helps when you’re the bigger guy quite a bit. The control is a big help when rolling with smaller, quicker guys.
