I love those 15min workouts with the kettlebell! In busy days they help me to keep going with my routine and I don't feel guilty, while in lighter days I do 2 rounds (aiming the 3rd round this friday). Thank you for such a pleasant "torture"😄 Please don't stop making them

This channel is the best I've found on the internets. For at home workouts you could spend the rest of your life just doing his workouts and stay in elite athlete condition. Of course with proper diet. hehehe

I am finally back after 1 week off due to a surgery I had last Monday. I am released by the doctor today and I took it easy with 15 mins! I missed it!!! It was so good!

You’re a strategist sir. The last 4 exercises of the 15 min workout made me think I could go again for another round, that wasn’t too bad. So I did. Forgetting that the first 14 workouts were like eating glass. So yea, dead.

Di u know dear trainer?.. I like when u write how long is the training.. it helps me to know which to chose wenn I don't have all the time for ne in calm. Being a mother ist very hard to do it plus warm up and cool down.. then run to drink the protein and pick up my little walking on the snow.. without to shower because I will get sick 😷 .. after that to attend the little and shower .. please try to tell us how long are the sesión. Thanks for ur channel I like ur music and way to shows all.
