She's a heel striker, she needs to land forefoot. She'd be even faster and prevent injury that way. Also her arm swing is too low. It'd be better to keep your hands close to your heart like east African runners. She's an extremely talented girl. She'd be even better if she could improve her form a bit

@samkadz58393 жыл бұрын
@@akositooot20 If you take it you can’t take scholarship money from colleges, silly rule
@Itsfalcon93 жыл бұрын
@@akositooot20 The reason he can't take the money is because if he does he's technically getting paid to run. Getting paid to run is being a professional athlete according to colleges. So taking it means he's a pro, and therefore can't attend college because pro's can't compete in college. Sorry for the bad grammar and or sentence structure. Didn't go to college cause I took the one hundo 😢

Any tips to get faster in that short amount of time? I unfortunately dont have much time to train because im graduating right now

@ajrdrahgohnite93633 жыл бұрын
Train your speed as well as endurance. Also your race strategy is important. I cut down 8 seconds by just saving energy for the last 400. Try to get even splits for both laps. Everyone is different really, that’s just what I like.
@bonzai91743 жыл бұрын
Like Ajr said, try to get your spilts as close as possible, (easier said than done) and make sure to do some threshold training. The threshold training will make you be able to turn it on the last 100m, and improve your time and placement.
