I've been looking for the specific video to comment on but I can't find it. There is this combo ya'll have on here where the lady fakes a lead leg front kick, settles into a cross, and then switch kicks. All I did was add a faked cross during the switch kick(learned from mmashredded) and has landed every time I've thrown it so far in sparring, even against the dude coaching my class. I'm not very experienced these were actually my first headkicks, and really boosted my confidence in my ability to flick that kick up there. Thank you guys for these shorts there are such great techniques, and concepts in here. This detail on the elbow is great as well!
