Prosecutors do have a habit of neglecting evidence and information that doesn't support their narrative, such as the animal hair. Expert witnesses are not always knowledgeable in every detail, and the matter of a mismatch of the number of lands on the bullet should have been resolved by consultation with the manufacturer's records for that particular gun. And there is still the matter of the location of the dismemberment and transport of the body.

The Fact it was New Jersey anyone could have killed him. Also, the amount of blood that would have been present utilizing an electric saw. Almost impossible to remove all traces of evidence even removing the flooring to the base boards. Maybe as a Nurse she knew how to completely sanitized and clean rhe area. The prescription, syringes and returning the car all make her look guilty or one tremendous articulate set up.

Who has the motive to commit murder in this case? The evidence points to the woman accused and convicted. Sadly, it is almost always the people closest to the victim who commit such crimes. If she is innocent, I hope they will prove it. But in my opinion it doesn't appear that she is innocent. Too bad she didn't just get a divorce and remain free and able to love and care for her children. The kids are innocent victims as well.
@Sennadelight19802 күн бұрын
She would have had to share custody with him.If she's guilty, she wouldn't want to hand her kids over to a monster.if he's willing to abuse her psychologically and physically, her children would live in an abusers home and become victims too. He couldn't be trusted. A gambling habit that was out of control.
@MissAngel7112 күн бұрын
@Sennadelight1980 That all sounds like motives to murder her husband. However, it doesn't excuse her from the consequences. She could have fought for custody of the children and gotten a restraining order to keep him away. Murder isn't the right solution to this unfortunate situation.

I don’t know why I watch these… they keep me up, and I can’t stop until I’ve got it sorted. The right person is in jail, but it’s a case of a bunch of very average ppl having to convict a very intelligent person. The expression on her face says it all, that her amazing ability was for naught. The defense rightfully attacked the police for shoddy police work. They were obviously patching together a conviction with circumstantial bits and pieces., though some evidence was rock solid. The Atlantic city authorities basically stonewalled the Jersey authorities, I think. If I were to characterize this woman, she was in need of a much better position, to be promoted to her level of competence. But men stood in her way. Her husband’s profligacy prevented her from obtaining the house she wanted and the courses she might have taken. She also used men as patsies. Was there a third man? Perhaps the taxi driver was a moonlighting police officer from Atlantic City who got involved. The luggage could have been tossed from the causeway, because there was nothing weighing it down. She could have done it herself. I’m reminded of Kim Philby, who is said to be aided by a ‘third man’ this was my feeling hearing this story.

The fact she admitted to driving his car though that is what has me wondering. Other than the little microscopic skin sawdust did they find anything anywhere in the car. Man could have had eczema or skin issues scratched, and that’s how his skin cells was left in the vehicle didn’t they say she used her own car to transport the body parts around so was the skin dust in her car then n I just missed that part.
