I had a serious fall inside my house when i was by myself. I had injuries to my pelvis and legs and was in immense pain. I yelled out help once then passed out I know all this because i have camera's. Within 2 minutes 3 of my neighbours were trying to get in and police and ambulance was called. One neighbour jumped my 6 foot high fence and crawled through the doggy door and was by my side in 5 minutes time. Amazing people. It happened to be the first time we all met properly. Wow! Can I move next door? Once I was walking my dog and realized 2 coyotes had split up an were coming from 2 directions. I screamed GET THE F@@K OUTTA HERE OVER AND OVER, saw an lit up enclosed porch and crossed the street to go to their door. When I looked back I couldn't see them but now I didn't know where they were 🥺 I live in a cop and firefighter neighborhood and not one person came out! Another time I kicked an uneven sidewalk, took a running fall and broke my thumb in 2 places, hit my forehead, lip and knees. (but I never let go of my phone or my dogs leash) 😳😕 Blood was flowing like crazy and I could have called 911 but I wanted to get Wiggy home. I called the police when i heard what sounded like a woman being murdered and someone laughing in between screams in the park behind my apartment complex. That park has a steep drop off that views the city and is a popular place for car dates. The police came and investigated and it turns out it was just some teens practicing their "horror movie screams" for tik tok. I have no regrets. The girls were fine. It is the most unnerving thing to hear someone crying for help. Happened to me late one night when I was lying in bed reading. I could hear noises from the large vacant allotment next door and I thought people might be having a party. Then the words penetrated. I just heard, "Help me, help me," a couple of times. I phoned the police and they did come around, walked all around the allotment and streets, but didn't see anything. Still worries me, but I don't have any regrets either.

Cops just didn't seem to know what to think of it or care. I won't call again unless I know it's really serious, because they just assume you're nuts or a problem caller yourself if it's not still happening. My sister came close to losing her life one night when she was beaten nearly to death by her ex boyfriend. She told me so many times she thought "someone is coming, someone must have heard me screaming they're comeing" but no one did. Because no one called the police. In the apartment there was broke furniture and blood everywhere which was shocking but what was really shocking was the broken sprinkler and rose bush pulled from the roots on the lawn. I asked her and she said at one point she made it outside and tried to run screaming for help but he caught her and dragged her inside so she grabbed whatever she could hold onto to stop him screaming at the top of her lungs. Then the complex issued an eviction notice because neighbors " heard the commotion and feared for their lives". But not enough to call the police and save my sister apparently. By the grace of God she survived and called me in the morning and we got her out of there and him arrested. But when I tell you walking through that felt like walking into a murder scene, I could see the splatter patterns on the walls and the blood on the objects he hit her with like something out of a movie, I'll never forget that feeling of almost losing my sister. And I will NEVER mind my own business again.

Speaking as someone who grew up in a trailer park: you get used to the fights. Every other night there's screaming from some other family on the block. You just count yourself lucky that it's not your home having the fight this time. Even if you do call you're more likely to get told to stop, and mind your own business. Depending on the area the police just do not care to follow through with domestic disturbances.

The fact that the neighbor didn’t call police is absolutely unreal. *Edit* I absolutely understand the argument from the other side about her not calling and I think it’s an interesting conversation. With that said, this seemed to be much more noise and prolonged screams than a simple question of wether it was some kids or not. I think in any case, even if doubt creeps in, you always fall on the side of being cautious and calling it in. Embarrassment about calling in something that turned out to be business as usual is better than someone possibly dead or injured.

Women shouldn’t be police officers, too irrational, not physically capable, too much of a chip on their shoulder because they know they are already underachievers by virtue of them being women in a physical profession historically dominated by men (because they are better suited for the job) so they make up for that by over reacting and over exerting their power disproportionately. Women also naturally have a higher level of cortisol in the body because they are gifted the magic of the being the caretaker of the species and the choosing of genes that will be passed on which is an incredibly valuable thing. That, and them being naturally smaller and weaker on average, means they have a much higher level of the stress hormone cortisol which is BAD NEWS in high stress situations. We all love and adore women and femininity as men, we value them as partners and emotionally intelligent caretakers and home makers. They quite literally are integral to the human species. That said we can’t pretend we are the same, it used to be a man’s job, it should be a man’s job still, it’s safer that way for everyone involved. Men don’t have to be over protective of their female police partners, the female police officers won’t fuck things up and be physically, and emotionally incompetent on the job as they are disproportionately known to do, and the job of beat cop will get done a lot better. They can be officers that are detectives or behind the desk, but shouldn’t be in the field arresting reckless and dangerous individuals in high stress scenarios.

🫚THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God saves man from the imminent destruction of this old world" ("The root of man's opposition to God is his evil caused by Satan. Because Satan has corrupted him, man's conscience is numb, he is immoral, his thoughts are corrupted, and he has a backward mind. After Satan corrupted people, their former sanity, former conscience, and character were dulled too much and destroyed by Satan. Man lost his sense, his disposition became like that of a wild animal and his rebellion against God became more frequent and more intense. What things are contained in Satan's nature? For example, Why do you become selfish?" Why are you so happy to accept those unreasonable things? Why do you love those evils so much? What is the root of your love for these things? Where do they come from? What Satan's poison is can best be expressed with words. For example, if you ask the wrongdoer: 'Why do you do that? They will answer: 'Every man for himself and the devil took the last.' This one phrase reveals the root of the problem: Satan's logic has become people's lives, even what they do for themselves. This poison becomes the life and foundation of man, it exists in his body; humanity that was made evil continued to be dominated by it for thousands of years. And what Satan does is for himself. He wants to surpass God, be free and have God's power, and possess all of His creations, then, man's nature is Satan's nature.) Almighty God said "The KEY of man's OPPOSITION AGAINST GOD is his EVIL CAUSED by SATAN. Because SATAN has CORRUPTED him, man's CONSCIENCE is NUMBLE, he is IMMORAL, his ATTITUDES are BAD, and he has a BACKWARD thinking. Before Satan brought him down, he obeyed God and obeyed His words. He is NATURALLY SANE and has a CLEAR CONSCIENCE, and his PERSONALITY is NORMAL. 🛑 After SATAN CORRUPTED people, his former SENSE, former CONSCIENCE, and HUMANITY were too DULL and DESTROYED by SATAN. 😪 So, he LOST his OBEDIENCE and LOVE for GOD. MAN LOST his SENSE, his DISPOSITION became LIKE a WILD ANIMAL and his REBELLION against God became MORE FREQUENT and SEVERE. 😪 But people still don't know or even recognize it, and just fight and rebel blindly." "At the TIME, when the WORD of GOD has NOT been ALIVE to MAN, SATAN'S NATURE HOLDS and DOMINATES people. What--what THINGS are INSIDE SATAN'S NATURE? For example, WHY are you being SELFISH?" WHY do you need to PROTECT your STATUS in LIFE? WHY do you get so EMOTIONAL? WHY are you SO HAPPY to ACCEPT those illogical things? WHY do you love those EVIL things? WHAT is the ROOT of your LOVE for these THINGS? WHERE do they COME FROM? By now you all understand that this is because of the content of SATAN'S POISON. 😪☀️ WHAT SATAN'S POISON is CAN be EXPRESSED with WORDS. For example, if you ASK the DOER: 'WHY are you DOING that?' They will answer: 'Every MAN for HIMSELF and the DEVIL TOOK the LAST.' This one phrase reveals the ROOT of the PROBLEM: SATAN'S LOGIC has become the LIFE of PEOPLE, no matter what they DO just for THEMSELVES. 😪😪 Everyone THINKS that 'Every man thinks only of himself and not of the welfare of others,' is the life and the philosophy of man, and it also represents the nature of man. 😪 'EVERY MAN for HIMSELF and the DEMON TOOK THE LAST.' This STATEMENT by SATAN is DEFINITELY POISON and when a MAN receives it, his entire personality is definitely affected. SATAN'S NATURE is EXPOSED in this REVELATION; this is his whole PERSON. This POISON becomes the LIFE and FOUNDATION of MAN, it EXISTS in his BODY; humanity MADE EVIL has CONTINUOUSLY been dominated by it for THOUSANDS--THOUSANDS of YEARS. 😪 And EVERYTHING SATAN DOES is for HIMSELF. He wants to OVERCOME GOD, be FREE and HAVE GOD'S POWER, and HAVE ALL of His CREATIONS, therefore, MAN'S NATURE is SATAN'S NATURE." 😪🙏 From "The Word Appears in the Flesh" Fulfillment of (John 1:1) and (Ezekiel 2:9-10), (Revelation 19:9,13) 📥Calling and leading everyone to His lowered Kingdom or Church because it is still standing on earth in the holy place in the air/ youtube "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD 💐 this is the fulfillment of what He said to Peter 2,000 years ago, recorded in (Matthew 16:18'19). This is the the only Church of each one of our spirit that we must listen to or eat and drink like how we eat, dress and sleep every day so that He can guide us and change us by rejecting the evil attached by Satan so as to be perfect, having attained eternal life that will enter the coming replacement of the New Heaven and New Earth. 📩 Note📩 Almighty God said, Life in the Kingdom is the life of people and God Himself. Humanity depends on My care and precaution, and all are engaged in fighting the great red dragon to the death. In order to win this last battle, and to end the great red dragon, all people must offer Me their entire being, for My Kingdom. When I say "KINGDOM", I mean it is the life lived under the protection of divinity, where all humanity I constantly guide, I teach directly, so that the life of all humanity, although in world is as if it were in heaven, the true spirit of life in the third heaven . 🙏

About a year ago I could hear screaming and a woman being slapped HARD like i was easily 100ft away and could hear the slaps and the screams. I did not hesitate to call the police. When I saw her running I told her she could wait in my apartment while she waited for the police. She broke down in tears and asked if she could hug me. I gave her a very long hug and helped her clean the blood off her face. It shocked me no neighbors were outside or concerned about what was happening. I hope the neighbor lives with guilt for the rest of her life. It doesn’t matter if she didn’t hear the words “help me”. When I was a kid, me and my mom heard our (female) neighbor scream hysterically in the stair well of our apartment building. My mom run out of our apartment and saw another (male) neighbor attack the woman, he had her cornered and was stabbing her with a kitchen knife in the chest. So my mom run up to him and tried to pull his arm holding the knife away, but due to weight difference she just ended up kind of hanging from his arm. It gave the woman a few seconds to run away and quite possibly saved her life. But some people will hear someone screaming for help and they won't even call the police.

@@Pignificenta narcissist is not born that way- it’s a character choice in their choosing to ignore moral compass- narcissists are masters in manipulation, lies and deception tactics! Every choice they make is designed to control, abuse, and destroy the people who they can not control or no longer get their way with- severe cases of narcissistic personality people show them to be Psychopaths capable of anything when they feel they have lost control and a person sees them for who they really are they can’t stand it!!! Be careful of overly nice people because underneath the mask you might be dealing with an unstable, mean, manipulative, malicious liar, psychopath.

@@Pignificent The irony of YOU saying MY comment is "a bit insensitive" is freaking comical to me. If you knew even the tiniest bit of the narcissistic personality disorder you know that they ABSOLUTELY know what they're doing, they just don't care, and do you know why?!? Because they're known for not having a single drop of empathy for anyone! They go out of their way to find the person with the most empathy in a room, and they stick their claws into them. So you saying that I'm "insensitive" because I can spot similar behaviors in another person, please forgive me, is A JOKE! It's laughable. Good day to you.

One time, when I was sleeping at my girlfriend's place, screams woke me up in the middle of the night at around 4AM. They emerged from the courtyard.. so I got up to look out of the window, when I heard someone else shout "shut up or I'll call the police", and she responded, screaming "yes, please call them!".. I looked out, looking down from the 5th floor, and saw a woman on the ground in what seemed to be a night gown.. and two stories above a window was open.. I guess she must somehow have fallen out of the window and hit the top a wall on her way down. I grabbed my phone to call the police, but it didn't take long for people to come out of the building to rush to help.. or to watch, and not long after police and an ambulance arrived to take care of her. It was such a shocking experience, and I'll never forget the initial reaction of someone shouting "shut up!".
