I can still hear this machine in the arcade, in airports or the amusement park. Everything about it was the maximum intensity that a twelve-year-old's brain could process. I thought this was the future and I was wrong. The future was much lamer.

Great video of an awesome game. I'm a gen X gamer and this game stunned me when I saw the graphics and gameplay for the first time as a kid in the 90's at our local Arcades. The music and sound effects are equally impressive.

As always, a great play thru with Eyedol. I remember back in the day, that there was another way to get Eyedol other than the Cinder hack. 1 way was selecting Riptor by holding QP, QK, and MP and on the VS screen, hold MK, FP & FK and then you'll hear the announcer say "Eyedol!" Not sure if it still works. Great gameplay from the KI Mechanic, KAG!

Aside from Shinnok There is also Balrog, Sagat, M Byson and Vega from Street Fighter 2. Remember it was originally the World Warrior and only had the original 8. It was Champion Edition that added those 4 bosses........Before making a million more versions. That must have been mind blowing back in the day! I dont think eyedol has anything special for a combo breaker. His bar does not flash but if If you stomp the ground you can do a triple fireball or super-charge. I get the Blanka ending and 'Billy Eyedol' but i hate that ending. I would have preferred an evil, cannon ending something like Shang Tusng in mortal kombat endings rather than comedy. Good Gameplay, I recently replayed every character again and really struggled with jago and fulgore. Everybody has weaknesses but you got through it! Good Job!

I forgot to look up his moves before this lol. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I know you’re more of a fan of playing as Eyedol than me. I’m actually kind of stunned they made an ending for Eyedol since it probably took ages to render all that back then. It’s a nice Easter egg but yeah it’s just comedy.

@@KillerArcadeGames Dude I wish you were on arcade 1up tonight. I just had a hilarious idea for a video but you most definitely wont want to do it. I think you should get a decibel meter take the cab outside the shed, crank the volume to max, and do the Fulgor Gun Fatality. You may damage the cab but you may also contact aliens due the volume!

@@kidgruesome407 I would be interested in trying that! I've actually found the shed dampens the sound really well surprisingly. But, my KI is only set to less than half its full volume lol. I'd do it but I do worry my old speakers might blow. I also noticed that loud sounds make the PCB's lights dim! It makes me wonder if I'll have audio amp issues in the future.

To enhance Eyedol's Fireball and Charge, you have to do the stomp first (b+MP). Then perform the b, f QP to run faster with the charge (you can also do b+FP during the charge to do the swing as well) or do the fireball with 3 balls Also, in Version 1.4, you had to pick Riptor and do the following on the Vs. screen to get Eyedol: (Left+QP+MP+QK) then (Right+MP+FP+FK)

Great video and awesome playthrough as always, brother. I remember when this game first came out and I started playing it on SNES my favorite character already became Glacius and I played Glacius on hard and it was tough especially when I went against Eyedol it took me a lot if tries to beat him, but when I used my combos then that was when I finally defeated Eyedol. I truly enjoyed playing this game when I was a kid in the 90's, those were the good ole days!! 💯❤️🎮🕹️

This was a fun watch! Still have KI black cartridge on snes Sadly no longer own Killer Cuts cd though This banger of a game an arcade cabinet! The crowds were huge an so were all the reactions, wait being worth it!! Im actually an Eyedol snob, rather offensive (short super combos, medium club, rushdown after stomping) or defensive, staying back countering or walking them down into corner then attack

Recording CRT monitor are not an easy task. Even harder Arcade RGB monitors. How do you set up the shutter speed and whatnot to avoid the flicker and banding for KI?

I use an old DSLR camera with half working software to make it pipe into Streamlabs lol. I need to get a new with more modern software. But RetroFighterCRT is right. My iPhone does a good job of automatically removing the lines once it realizes I’m facing a CRT.

I remember going down to the arcade at my local mall with 3 of my friends we had the code to run "riptors "eyedoll cheat(was the first b4 cinder on an early version 1.3 i cld be mistaken) man those were the days! V1.5 with cinder i remember being so much easier back then

I do the mame route to get my KI thrills these days, so the earlier versions are always playable..i personally play them for the early glitches that were unheard of unless you witnessed someone doing them in real life back in the day😂
