+1on1 hey man just speak the truth that can be backed up with data and economic/scientific evidence and any reasonable person worth their weight will respect u and likely agree with u. but if it is sanders socialist, evil. or he is crazy. or i dont like taxes at all, we need lower taxes, government regs are the problem, global warming is not real, or the bible says this or that... there is no evidence to back up those views especially the economic ones. that would annoy any person educated in science or economics. it is not right to call u a fascist, many people turn this into a fucking football game, but realize that trump is treading into dangerous territory with his demagogory. it is dangerous, not because of him, i personally think he is talking out his ass and believes nothing of what he is saying in hopes of making it to the big dance, but bc of the monster and violence he is implicitly condoning. it is real life, and the decisions our country makes have a dramatic impact in other nations across the planet for the well-being of others. this planet had limited resources and in many ways for the first time in history we are beginning to stretch the planet's capacity. we cannot be selfish pricks anymore as country, bc it is having drastic impacts elsewhere. please go and travel outside the us, the world is radically different outside of here. good debatecand dialogue are healthy. cheers.

Killer Mike Thank you Killer Mike for doing this interview with Bernie. We really need Bernie to get as much exposure as he can get. He's a man who wants to do what's right for the people and we need him and people like him to get things where they need to be. His genuine care for the people and the important issues facing the people has gotten someone like me who never votes to want to go to the voting booth just to elect him. I appreciate and respect you having and posting this discussion with Bernie. The more people we get to endorse Bernie the better shot he has to win. Shout out to Funk Master Flex for posting on his site and Twitter. (that's where I first saw it)

Anthony Stephens You are right. He also has a track record of being defeated in the process. The "bernie revolution" is great and all, I just don't believe Bernie is the man for the job. We need a socially dominant person like Trump who can communicate on the expert level, always two steps ahead of the next guy.

Jay B Blame the government. It's the government's good intention to secure and guarantee loans to students so that they can attend higher ed, and it makes schools raise their tuition bill BECAUSE of the guaranteed loans. If the government left education alone, the schools would have to compete to reduce prices and increase quality of education to attract students.

+Justin Pettit If it is not too late to do so in your state, please vote for Bernie in the primary! His biggest hurdle is going to be Hillary's machine. If he doesn't win the primaries, you won't have any chance to vote for him in the General. go to voteforbernie.org/ to find out your state's rules. Some people feel gross about registering as a Democrat for closed primaries- I understand. I was unaffiliated because the D party disgusted me, but I changed back to D so I can vote for Bernie in my state's primary and will change back to unaffiliated for the general. It's just a strategic decision.

+Saint Val Sorry, I don't vote. George Carlin said it right--- "I don't vote. Two reasons. First of all it's meaningless; this country was bought and sold a long time ago. The shit they shovel around every 4 years *pfff* doesn't mean a fucking thing. Secondly, I believe if you vote, you have no right to complain. People like to twist that around - they say, "If you don't vote, you have no right to complain", but where's the logic in that? If you vote and you elect dishonest, incompetent people into office who screw everything up, you are responsible for what they have done. You caused the problem; you voted them in; you have no right to complain. I, on the other hand, who did not vote, who in fact did not even leave the house on election day, am in no way responsible for what these people have done and have every right to complain about the mess you created that I had nothing to do with.”

Mike, thank you for this. I'll admit it: I'm Canadian, so at the end of the day the decision doesn't directly affect me. However, it's impossible to listen to Bernie Sanders and not be moved and excited. Why? Because corporate greed, poverty, and civil rights issues don't just exist in the US. I pray that Bernie's message keeps travelling. Right now, because the media's biased in getting Hillary into office, they're creating a narrative that's manipulating people into thinking he doesn't have a chance, which is bullshit and unfair. The key moment for me in this interview is when you were talking about medicare and you said something along the lines of "it's only when you leave the US that you see how great it is, but also how great it could be." I'm sure Hillary is a kind woman, but you can see that what she preaches isn't in her heart, but what the polls tell her. Meanwhile there's a fire in Bernie's belly. When he talks, he's oozing passion. People need to rally and do what the media is trying to stop - conversation. Please get this man into office.

Killer Mike is the shit man. this interview was spot on with bernie. anyone who spits game with zack de la roca and andre is someone whose politics need to be heard. I hope enough people people skeptical of sanders integrity or are unfamiliar with his policies get to see this, because this would win anyone over with the truth and fact.

+Tarif Anzum Guy with a name like KILLER Mike being VP?! This is why our country is falling apart. We have people who don't have a clue about how to run a country and now Kayne West wants to run for Pres? He doesn't know the first thing about running anything.
@yzetta
@yzetta 8 жыл бұрын
+vipersnake94 He has a real name, Michael Render, and he's a damn sight smarter than Sarah Palin. We right now have a "reality show" real estate crook, racist, blowhard running for President who shows daily he doesn't know shit and would have been a failure at life if he hadn't had a rich daddy and he's running for the right to access the nuclear codes - and you say there's a problem with wanting an intelligent, compassionate man to be VP because of his showbiz name? Give me a God damned break.

+vipersnake94 Killer Mike knows more than just a few things about "running anything". He's been a community activist in Atlanta since he was a teen, which allowed him to segue into national movements. He's a successful businessman, manager, etc. He has been extremely active in political/social commentary for decades, and he';s a family man. He currently runs a nationally acclaimed community empowerment program that is set to launch at 150 locations across the US. VP? Probably not. But the credentials I just listed make him more than qualified for many local level elections, which is how many of the greatest leaders of all times have started out. Michael Render =/= Kanye West. I know they are both black, but that doesn't mean they are the same person :^)

+yzetta Of he hadn't a "rich daddie"? He could have chosen to "blow hard", all that money like a vast majority of college students do these days and end up with nothing. I do see that his business and company is doing absolutely wonderful with his good choice in being smart with that money that was given to him. There's no argument to be had here with your last comment.

As a middle class white man from a high income white country (UK) I believe Mike and Bernie are preaching to everyone who works hard and does not see the benefits of working in our wages. Regardless if you are sweeping the streets or the President, all men should earn a wage to support their families. Bernie Sanders is a humanist - he believes that ALL humans are equal!

+Rubee Fegan I agree with you in so many ways. The meeting of minds of such different cultural disparities is, in my mind, unprecedented. I mean, to put it crudely, a black street rapper and a geezer Jewish politician being able to have a legitimate, constructive conversation is nothing short of miraculous. I praise the both of them. It actually makes my eyes tear-up...(probably just allergies...yeah...that's it)

Bernie should wear a goddamn American flag suit! Thank you KIller Mike for this video series. Although I supported Obama in 2008, I did not ultimately go out and vote as I am part of a democratic district, and figured my vote would have little effect. I decided months ago that I too want Bernie Sanders as my President, and after watching this video and experiencing the passion you have to change this nation, I am recommitting myself to see this happen and do more this time around. This was a very rare honest and open discussion that had real meaning and little bullshit. I can't tell you how much love and respect I have for you both. Thank you again, keep up the good work.
