Can someone please tell me how to know if i have cancer or not. I was a heavy chain smoker from last 2 years. I have sores in my mouth from last 2 months and now my neck is swelling continuously. I cannot diagnose it, as someone says, if you use any rays or needle for biopsy, it will develop cancer..
