SWAT is indispensable paired up with a big game hunter like Gunslinger or Sharpshooter, especially with that zed-movement slowdown bonus. I see what you mean by how it falls off in later rounds, but, if you know how to adjust, this can be one of the most powerful classes in the game. If you’re level 25 with the Kriss SMG, one flash bang and a mag-dump of headshots on a scrake ends it before it can even get started.

Medic pistol is a very smart idea. Both the Kriss and Nailgun are ammo guzzlers, so having a cheap and highly ammo efficient medic weapon is a great fallback.

Switching from a level 20 SWAT to any other perk after the first wave is amazing for the team's economy. With full armor and two guns to sell, you make at most 475 dosh surplus. I wouldn't advise doing it on higher difficulties though since it's far more of a risk and could end up leaving you with only a knife mid-wave and your untimely demise. Also, forget the MP5RAS. It's only good when you upgrade it to max, and that is extremely expensive and the seven weight is very awkward to work around.

For some reason I just love the MP5, it's extremely accurate and I used to end up being MVP a couple of times in matches just spamming headshots with it alone

@@TheDanks Yeah, all the swat weapons are amazing at trash zed killing, the MP5 I feel is too weak when you need to kill bigger zeds tho.

Dunno. That feels like cheating x3 I mean, starting out with full armor is one of the advantages of being SWAT. If I use another perk, I'd rather struggle with first wave to master my skills than depending always on SWAT (specially on HoE) :3

What you think, bruh? Bastion (high ammo capacity and shield) and Nailgun / Stunner (first one can be a big zed shredder; second one could be useful when ran out of nades). Offensive SWAT: Tactical Movement, Tactical Reload, Suppresion Rounds, Cripple, Battering Ram. Defensive SWAT: Heavy Armor Training, Tactical Reload, Suppresion Rounds, Assault Armor, Rapid Assault. Of course, in first wave I always choose the skills that give me full armor and extra gun to sell it. Also, in trader time I swap to Ammo Vest to buy extra ammo. Rapid Assault is always a pretty useful skill to grind either trash or big zeds, but Battering Ram is so badass and can be a lifesaver when surrounded by enemies or stunning bosses :3

On long games I hold onto my mp7 for quite awhile. It gets the job done and saves money before falling off.

after playing swat i still have not found an smg i think is worth getting besides the medic smg. it will deal with pretty much any mob, as for higher enemies, i usually go with an off perk gun instead. something i use only for those enemies. i would even say the mp7 is enough. of course, i have yet to go hoe or reach 25, so i cant say how well it will be by then. i still think swat needed a heavy weapon, maybe a slug shotgun or a sniper. both are weapons that the swat does use.

@@marcosdheleno depending on perk you can start HOE with just lvl 20 at min. Also HOE's co op's where the kf fun lies as solo's ez & dull in any difficulty.

Upgrading the medic smg for healing faster isn't that great tbh. The base version takes 6 seconds to recharge a single dart, and for most people, upgrading it to +1 only knocks it down to 4.8 seconds. Granted, 600 dosh isn't much late game, but it certainly isn't worth wasting it in the early game for a 1.2 second difference.

I personally really like the nailgun with the mac10 (mostly for boss wave lol), using the nailgun for breaking armor / shields since it's the only swat gun with penetration and switching to the Mac10 when I can get to the squishy / weak spots of the boss to get that little extra chip burn damage Also I'm still weirded out by the fact that the swat doesn't get the regular glock(s), doesn't really make much sense, they could even add an fmg9 if they really think it doesn't make sense thematically but even at that they're giving them a literal lmg next update so???

What are your thoughts on the hrg bastion? The shield feature seems better than the glock and shield to me and the magazine is massive on it and has a high RoF.

It is very good, and I would probably say that it is one of Swats best weapons at the moment. I like to pair it with the HRG Nailgun and either the medic SMG or the Medic Pistol.

@@ReapeeRon that’s how I like my load out : D. I stopped playing for about a year and recently started playing again and have been using it over the vector since I came back. But I haven’t really seen any one talking about it. So I thought I was missing something and being bad by not choosing the vector. To me it seems comparable to vector but with a larger magazine and more defensive capabilities at the cost of being more expensive.

No love for the Bastion? It's a phenomenal weapon for SWAT, literally a Stoner LMG with a shield that can reduce damage similar to the Glock, and it one of the few weapons for that class that isn't like all the rest.

I'm a little newer to the game, but how do you get the weapon skins that you have on the Kriss SMG and the Nailgun? They look nice.

The skin on the Kriss was a limited time item and the Nailgun doesn't have a skin. That's just the way that it looks. You can get skins in the Dosh crates that you just unlock for playing the game or you can buy them.

Which skill tree build do you recommend for the Kriss+Nailgun+Medic Pistol build, Kriss+Nailgun+Medic SMG build, and the P90+Tommy Gun build? I don't think you mentioned this in the video. Also, can you do boss guides in the future?

I believe UMP has the lowest DPS and the most troublesome recoil among SWAT weapons. Its damage per a bullet is not bad, but SWAT with UMP is just way worse Commando, imo.
