In all my years of bogging (30) I have probably watched 20 people get hit by straps that come lose or clevis/hitches thst break. I still don’t understand why people stand anywhere near the trucks or the strap during recovery. I’ve watched people die getting hit by the strap, clevis, or hitch. everyone please Stay clear of the trucks during recovery. It’s unfortunate what happened to Kevin, hopefully people can learn from it.

A big problem I see is the axle in the mud and that’s why the truck can’t move if it was raised much higher it wouldn’t be in the mud but tires can only be so tall

@@Layna_brooke11 ya. It happened a few seconds after I put the camera down right as I was walking towards the staging area. About 30’ in front of me. Very said. I touched on it a little at the end of the video because I’m sure people heard about it but I wasn’t about to exploit our boys injury for views.

There should be a minimum weight so the little light trucks can’t win by skimming over the top
@KillinItLifestyle8 ай бұрын
Everyone’s welcome to run whatever they want. If thats the route they want to take, then they have to build that style of truck. No one tactic works everytime. Sometimes a bigger truck is the only way. Sometimes a ripper is the only way.

Id say most of the competitors paid no attention to anyone else running or else they would have stayed to the right. Half of the more capable trucks gave away the prize money by going left or cwnter lol. Anyone with a little common sense could see that. But most guys Egos are bigger than their brains
@KillinItLifestyle8 ай бұрын
Thats a possibility but its hard to say anything without running the hole ourselves. Anyone can “Monday Morning Quarterback”.
