SPOILER WARNING: After this Arc Illumi states that he wants to control Alluka so he can be the most powerful. Why would it be any different with Killua? Remember the Nen is based on peoples experiences and nature. Illumi has nen that manipulates people. He is naturally a master manipulator (in the social sense and the nen type). Killua was just a pawn to him. Maybe there's a ting of love somewhere in there we'll find out later on but. But at the moment, any mention of that from Illumi just comes off as a tactic to manipulate those around him to think that he cares for Killua.

I'm gonna need Rob to actually look up the word willpower cause the way he uses it goes against the word. Willpower covers many things like commitment, tenacity, dedication, a purpose, but the main meaning is the restraint of your impulses which is the exact opposite of the recklessness he and Jerry want Gon to do in fights. I guess Rob means Courage or Bravery, but those do not translate into power for Hunter x Hunter. You can't just pull power out of your ass to beat your opponent, especially with just surface level emotions like Gon's reactive anger. On another note, why is he and Jerry always bashing Killua? Calling him "creepy" for following their date? It was literally said like three times it was to protect Gon since he was Nen less at the time. I always respect and listens to others opinions and never bash them for it, but Killua is one of my favorite anime characters ever and to constantly hear them bash him, especially for little to no reason and for a word that they are using incorrectly, is slowly ticking me off!!!

It’s stated by togashi himself, meruem is by far the best in anything Even with lack of experience he easily beated netero without receiving real damage. If you talk about the bomb in that case even I could kill him, if doing the kamikaze make you a strong fighter I think that even the weakest character can beat the strongest
