Po! Be careful with the Afrin. It can make your stuffy nose worse if used too often! Used to work at an ENT, and the doctor would warn all the patients about it. It works for the moment, but as you use it more and more, the swelling inside your nose will worsen. Definitely make that ENT appointment. Hope you get better. Came back to add this: Flonase is better or the generic Fluticasone. Asked someone who still works for the office for the recommendation.

I'm not Indian, but I'm from a culture that's very traditional, and have a lot of Indian friends whoshare the same consensus. If Kim marries that guy, she'll regret it. Because her husband will most likely get tired of being on her side at some point. Not certainly, but most likely. And that's because he's known them all his life and change is difficult. I see it every day. His family will only get worse after the marriage. Look at khelani and Asuelu. His family never liked her and probably even got worse. If her man isn't outrightly taking her away from that environment now and outrightly taking her side, it's not looking too good for her in the future. It's sad. But she's probably better off with a boy next door than across the ocean 🤷‍♀️

Me too, I've had a clogged nostril like 6 weeks ago. I tried some nights with Afrin but only when I was really tired of waking up a lot from not being able to breath. But I read in google that it can last up to 8 weeks, I searched sinusitis, and so I decided to wait and it is ressolving now. Google was right. I lay down with the healthy nostril facing the pillow and it helps open the airway on the other nostril facing the ceiling. I don't live in the United States so it is funny how we are suffering from this at the same time being so far. 😅

That’s why she told TJ before that she didn’t want to live there, married couples ought to be able to have their own private loud arguments without the damn in-laws butting in, but he talked her in to it anyway. I’m sure in the same deceptive and manipulative way he’s shown on the show talking about hiding the truth about her being the family servant until after the wedding, because he said that he knows she’d cancel it. And she was totally justified in what she yelled about. She was exhausted after being on planes for a couple of days, then came “home” to the place he’d been telling her was so great and not to worry about, and the bathroom wasn’t even functional. He f*caked up, he admitted he knew she was gonna be mad and that she has a fiery temper (he initiated the relationship, he proposed, he chose her as she is), he should’ve told her before they got there so his parents wouldn’t have heard.

I cannot believe that TJ has not told Kimberly yet that after the wedding, he expects her to be a traditional Indian housewife and all that entails, and she still has no idea about that. With TJ's family already against her, and TJ himself expecting her to always stay home and cook/clean, she is going to be absolutely miserable. I feel like they (as most couples on this show) think that when they resolve an issue for awhile, they are not thinking 5, 10, 20 years down the road with this person. Once the honeymoon phase wears off, real life sets in, the day to day life of being married to this person, and Kim is entering the marriage in a position of being super disliked by the family already and unaware of TJ's expectations of her. If she goes through with it, I don't see her staying in it for years, decades, not for the long haul. Her dad and stepmom were so sweet, they held her as she cried and told her that she doesn't HAVE to do this, she can come home. Sadly for her, she is holding onto her and TJ's relationship as the thing to get her through, but once he drops that bomb of expecting a traditional Indian wife in her, she is going to lose the one thing giving her a reason to still go through with it, her trust and love in TJ. He really should not have kept this big of a thing from her before marriage, that's 100% on him. Personally, a guy saying he is 'an alpha' is a HARD NO. 🚫🚫 And he's from a male dominated culture to boot. Shekina thinks it's just this cutesy thing, but she is gonna find out the hard way what it really means. Another one who isn't thinking 5, 10, 20 years down the road when choosing someone to marry. Wayne and Holly seem like they genuinely love each other, but Wayne is just not used to opening up to anyone. He clearly feels embarrassed by his business problems, and Holly has every right to insist that their income be transparent to her and that Wayne needs to make better decisions, like not throwing all he has into crypto or other unsure investments. Hopefully now that he has opened up to her about finances, and she keeps firm in her view that she wants fiscal responsibility from him, they will be ok in their relationship.

Kimberly will think that T.J. hasn't done anything wrong until after they are married and she finds out that he didn't tell her the truth about her role as his wife. She is going to be allowed to be free like she wants and needs to be. I don't understand how someone with supposed psychic abilities and with her spirit guides helping her doesn't know this. She should have known about the family conflict, too. I think she is imagining her psychic abilities or at least how strong they are. You are right that she will have to live with his family. This is a deeply engrained practice in their culture. It isn't optional. T.J. will not walk away from that. This marriage cannot work. She needs to listen to the wisdom of her father. Kim really takes no accountability for her own behavior. Their first impression of her was her throwing a fit and verbally abusing their son to the point of tears and she still expected an apology after that. She's too prideful and uncompromising to live with any family (much less one so culturally different) other than her own. Come to think of it, I think her brother in law and her have very similar personalities.

Allergy/stuffiness advice: I use Afrin but I absolutely hate the pump version. I either use the non pump bottle where you squeeze the bottle or a generic brand version of it in the same bottle. Other thing you can try is a vapor inhaler. Vicks or other were the tube goes in your nose and you inhale. Those help loosen things up. I have allergy and sinus issues so I totally understand. Hope this helps

Be VERY careful with the affrin. It’s addictive. You should try a nasal rinse instead. I have a lot of nose issues and my nose dr tells me not to use afrin due to it being highly addictive! Your nose will become dependent on it

Me too, I've had a clogged nostril like 6 weeks ago. I tried some nights with Afrin but only when I was really tired of waking up a lot from not being able to breath. But I read in google that it can last up to 8 weeks, I searched sinusitis, and so I decided to wait and it is ressolving now. Google was right. I lay down with the healthy nostril facing the pillow and it helps open the airway on the other nostril facing the ceiling. I don't live in the United States so it is funny how we are suffering from this at the same time being so far. 😅
