Kim. I know where you are coming from. I was hit and ended up tumbling and tumbling. the wave would not let me go every time I felt the sand under my feet I would try to stand up and the current would drag me out. When I was finally able to pull myself out of the current/ocean, there is my husband laughing at me. I honestly thought I was drowning. Here is the kicker, I was a life guard and a strong swimmer in my youth. Needless to say I will not go into the ocean ever again.

When we were at the beach a couple weeks ago we were there for 4 days and the first couple of days we were there the waves were tiny and the last day they were so big I don’t even know how to put it in words! They were like 8 feet high! NO JOKE! and I really wanted to boogie board and so I tried and was basically eaten alive by a monster wave and I was so scared and so I came up for a breath and another got me so finally I got out! It was so scary! I feel ya Kim glad you were ok!

I have been hit by a MONSTER wave before and i hit the ground ( sand ) and did like 3 rolls Poleys. You are right, NEVER turn your back on the ocean. Rips are very scary and too. I was caught in a rip on my board with my cousins and my sister and it was not fun, we tried to swim but it was 1.5 metres deep. # Social distancing from the ocean. HAHA! Anyway, i love you guys and keep posting parody’s. I love your voice Penn. You guys are so funny. Bye!

oh, yeah, the ocean tried to eat me once, too. i survived, and had like, a beach full of sand in my hair afterward. :) and i was totally FACING THE OCEAN when it happened. it literally pulled the sand out from under my feet and took me under.

When I was younger like three or something I was on this little floaty in the ocean with my grandpa and my mom and this huge wave came and they held me up but it didn’t work I got knocked out of there hands still attached to the floaty and tumble to shore

me and my wife or in Hawaii on Maui just looking at the waves okay I was looking at the waves we were hugging so my wife was looking the other way and I saw a really big wave coming right at her so I spun her around to take the brunt of the wave but doing so she saw how big the wave was she was terrified the wave was at least eight feet tall ... but being the good husband took the hit and she got mad at me for spending her around so she can see the wave nevermind she could have got hit by the wave... go figure
