My mind just explodes while comprehending his work. He could turn even a simple paper found on the floor into a canvas fro a masterpiece.

He was the master. Still sending condolences to South Korea, he was far too young and a prodigious talent.

The more you see his work, the more terrifying and also at awe you become. His skills just crazy. The amount of detail, the perspective, the accuracy of the proportions whether human, animal, mechanical, just terrifies you of the immense skill he possessed from putting in the many hours a day of studies and work. Definitely a Master. He did his work off his head, from imagination. Inspiring, very inspiring.

Beautiful ❤️ Is anyone able to translate his framed writing in to English, please?
@nathensprings34707 ай бұрын
I took a screenshot and then put it into google translate this is what it said. “How to control these two elements while producing a high- quality work is what I am most focused on right now. And one more thing. When to quit... The two most difficult tasks in live drawing... Filling and emptying.. When to stop and when to quit As I write this, I look at the doodle I was just drawing. I see if there is a criticism of "it is filled as much as you want, but there is space to breathe and think". Still... I am self- diagnosing that it is more difficult to empty than the product. How much do you have to cut down to make it real? What is left of me?” Basically what’s important to leave in the drawing and what to leave out.

Will we ever be able to get high resolution prints of Kim Jung Gi's larger works? It's difficult to even find them on the internet... Most of them are low quality 😿

There are high resolution qualities. You have to go where they sell them. Of course if you don't get high resolution, well, it's someone just copying and printing them. You have to go to source.
