I think the shaking is called vibrato. It’s a technique you can learn and it’s used to create emotion but the way Sung Kyu does it, I think that it’s just his natural style that he does without having to think about it? That said, he’s been a professional singer for a really long time and is known to be a great vocalist so it’s definitely possible that he chose to adopt that style to stand out from others when he started his career. Either way it does exactly what it’s meant to and makes his emotional performance believable and moves you. Infinite and Sung Kyu are absolute gems in kpop. I’m so glad I found them.

I recently discovered infinite AND they have become my ultimate group I swear there will never be a group that can top them I was a hardcore twice fan still am but infinite has completely taken over now. I have 200+ infinite song on Spotify. the highest I had with an artist was twice with 23 songs. im so shocked I never heard about them I love even their subunit infinite f and h and their solo stuff. im currently in love with BECAUSE a shame sung kya didn't sing this in dingo is such a good song.

Sunggyu is well-known for his vocals and his technique. If you watch his appearance on LeeMujin Service they touch upon it there! Sunggyu is an insanely talented vocalist and has appeared in a ton of musicals in Korea. His solo work tends to be alternative rock as that is the type of music he enjoys the most. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much you this reaction. You are so cute while trying to explain that shaky voice😂 It’s really his unique style. Kim Sungkyu is my forever bias. I’ve been to his solo concert twice and yes… it proved that he ate CDs. His live performance, even though doesn’t include any dance show, just him standing in the middle of the stage with the his mic is enough. ~ If you like his music, I recommend the band ‘Nell’. Sungkyu is a fan of this band and he has completed his being a fanclub since Jongwan, Nell’s leader, also helped Sungkyu produce his song.

Thank you for the reaction. I also love Sungkyu’s vibrato its so fast and accurate that some people call it ‘thrills’ instead I believe? He just has a very distinct singing style

60 Seconds has solo and with Infinite as a group. The rock version is Sung Gyu's solo
