Jimmy didn't throw kim under the bus in that scene, he gives her a chance to escape even if it would cost his life. Yes it was selfish, just like not trying anything would be too.

@@Onomevareia that’s a good point!! I was trying to see it from Kim’s perspective as at that moment the feeling of betrayal when he says that she should do it. But that’s a good point that Jimmy wasn’t doing that out of malicious intent but an attempt to protect her!
